On this 4th of July episode, Frank and Richard sit out on Frank's back porch with fireworks going off in the background as Frank talks about attending Criss Angel's pool party earlier in the day.  The guys run down the UFC 200 card and try to find a fight that couldn't headline any other card on its' own.  Bert Kreisher speculated on his podcast as to whether or not he could kill Frank in his sleep, and Frank handicaps how that scenario might play out.  Frank also hosted a slumber party over the weekend for his teenage daughter and a few dozen of her friends, and talked about one point during the party games when he worried that his daughter might be a little too similar to her dad when it comes to competitiveness.

Frank's former opponent Tim Sylvia joins the show to tell some never before heard behind the scenes stories from their infamous 2004 title fight that saw Frank win the UFC heavyweight championship for the first time. Richard plays some tense audio from a conference call that he had earlier in the day with Dominick Cruz & Urijah Faber.  Frank tells his story of a chance encounter he had with UFC flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson over the weekend in Mexico.  Richard goes one on one with Jorge Masvidal, & poses questions at UFC Fight Night media day to Cody Garbrandt, Renan Barao, Jeremy Stephens, Bryan Caraway & Aljamain Sterling.
