Hi Frank and Rich, I just found your show through TFATK and the church of what's happening now. Keep up the good work. You are now in rotation.

Frank, I heard the first USADA episode. Hang in there brother. Keep your head up and things will turn out. Good luck.

Podcast #26 was outstanding!! Garry Tonon's insight on the new age of competition jiu-jitsu was a welcome perspective on a sport that could be huge with the EBI format.

Frank, please keep your head up and your voice out there. Not only are you an inspiration as a fighter and human being considering the past obstacles you have overcome, but you are a true inspiration as a father and family man. Listening to you discuss the balance of family and professional life guides many others through the journey of becoming the best parent they can be.

Thanks, and keep up the great work.
